The NHCAA Institute's new 2005 program that focuses on substantive issues in a provider speciaty area that often provides significant challenges debuts on Tuesday, September 13. Participants will gain an in-depth understanding of chiropractic history and evolution - and why it matters in investigating health care fraud cases. Chiropractic coding and documentation will be analyzed, and problem codes discussed. The "tools of the trade" and other potentially suspect devices used in the chiropractic field will be examined. The program concludes with a discussion of current chiropractic theories and the future of health care fraud investigation within this provide specialty area.
